At David Philips we always have an extensive range of rental properties available, to suit all your needs.
Before renting a property, be aware that we need the following things form you:

• Deposit – varying from 4-6 weeks rent
• One month’s rent in advance.
• Full credit reference/check – We will arrange this through our independent credit checking company. There is a small fee for this service.

Once both yourself and the landlord are satisfied with the references, we will arrange for the rental contracts to be drawn up.
Our rental properties range from flats to studios to houses , all signed on government approved AST contracts of 6 or 12 months.
